FREE EVENT!

About

EveryBODY Dance Party is a socially distanced event for families to come together with their community to celebrate the relief from pandemic restrictions with a 1-hour event that embraces dance as a form of joyful exercise.  Participants will be led by professional dancers in diverse bodies, through choreography that is accessible to all body types and abilities as well as interactive skits and activities that will educate about the body positivity/neutrality movement. This event will leave everyone filled with a sense of joy and self-love.

Everybody Dances.  It is celebratory in nature and connects us all. By promoting exercise that is based in joyful movement, we encourage a body positive and anti-diet mentality that is led by example. The impact this event could have on future generations, is unmeasurable.  A community coming together to reassure children that they are valid and weight is not equivalent to worth, can inspire a life free from disordered eating patterns and a holistic relationship with exercise.

When will it take place?

Our event will have 8 performances that take place August 26 & 27 at 11:30, 2:00, 4:30 & 7pm.
